Pecan Chicken
Boneless chicken breasts, pounded thin
2 cups parmesan cheese
1 cup finely chopped pecans
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp black pepper
2 TBSP lime juice
2 TBSP olive oil
Mix pecans, parmesan, garlic salt, & pepper. Heat olive oil in pan. Dredge chicken in lime juice, then pecan mixture. Fry in oil until done.
