Quick, Easy, Delicious Bean Dip

 

15 oz can Cannelini beans, drained & rinsed
2.5 ounces olive oil
5 roasted or 2 raw garlic cloves
2 Tblsp lemon juice
a sprig of rosemary
a sprinkle of red pepper flakes
black pepper and salt to taste

Pulse to desired consistency.
Serve.
