Pralines.

I found this recipe in some old files the other day. It is simpler than most praline recipes, but the results must have been quite good, because I asked for this recipe from one of Lorraine's work buddies when we lived in Starkville.

Pralines

3/4 cup evaporated milk
1 pound light brown sugar
2 cups pecans

Cook milk & sugar until soft (just a few minutes). Add 2 cups pecans. Stir. Spoon onto wax paper.
