Lemon Chicken.

Lemon Chicken

4 to 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
3 cans cream of chicken
1/2 cup milk
6 tablespoons(1/3 cup) lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste
cooked rice

Place chicken breasts in crock pot. In a bowl, mix soup, milk, and lemon juice. Pour over chicken. Cook on low for 6 hours. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve over rice or pasta.
