Dry Rub.

This one is from the Big Bob Gibson's BBQ Book. One of these days, I'm going to have to make a pilgrimage to the restaurant.

Dry Rub


1 4 cup white sugar
1 4 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons garlic salt
2 tablespoons kosher salt 
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper  
1 teaspoon black pepper 
14 cup paprika 
1 teaspoon ground cumin 
14 teaspoon ground coriander 
18 teaspoon allspice

Mix all ingredients and store in an air- tight container.
