Easy Crawfish Etouffee.

Easy Crawfish Etouffee

1 medium onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
4 cloves garlic, pressed
2 stalks celery, chopped
2 cans c/o mushroom, or c/o shrimp
1 TBSP Old Bay seasoning
1 & 1/2 pounds crawfish tails (fresh or frozen)

Saute veggies with Old Bay. Add soup and stir in crawfish tails. Serve over rice.
