Alfredo Sauce.

I found this scribbled on a small piece of paper, so it must be good.

Alfredo Sauce

1 quart half & half
1 cup whipping cream
1 cup parmesan
2 TBSP scotch or bourbon
salt & pepper to taste

Combine and simmer slowly until thickened, carefully avoiding scorching.
