Green Deviled Eggs.

Green Deviled Eggs

6 eggs, hard boiled, cooled & peeled
2-3 TBSP mayo
2 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp white wine vinegar
1 tsp finely chopped chives, plus more to sprinkle on top
1 TBSP finely chopped celery
salt & pepper, to taste

Combine egg yolks with all ingredients, then spoon back into white halves. Sprinkle with chopped chives.
