Grits Casserole.

1 cups grits (not instant)
2 cups water
2 cups milk

Cook grits in milk & water per package instructions.

1 pound sausage, cooked, drained, & crumbled
1/2 stick butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Mix cooked grits with all other ingredients and bake in 9x13 pan at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes.
