Oreo Balls
1 package Oreo cookies
1 8oz. cream cheese, softened
12 oz. package white chocolate morsels with 1/2 block paraffin, melted together
Grind cookies to a powder in a food processor, then add in cream cheese to make a paste. Roll into balls, then dip in melted white chocolate. Drop into candy cups or onto wax paper. Store in airtight container.

I have made these before and they are wonderful. They can also be made with Nutter Butter cookies for a peanut butter flavor.
I hadn't thought of that. By the expressions on my family's faces when I mentioned the concept, I will be making a test batch this week. And if you have any extra melted white chocolate, we found that dipped pretzels are excellent!
