Meatloaf.

Meatloaf

2 pounds ground chuck
1 pound lean ground pork
2 eggs
2-2 1/2 cups bread crumbs
1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup A1 Steak Sauce
1 package dry onion soup mix
1/2 cup chopped green peppers
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 small can tomato sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon red pepper

Mix it all up in a pan, shape into a loaf. If it's too moist, add more bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for about an hour or until juices run clear.
