Macy's Swiss Potatoes
Macy’s Swiss Potatoes
2 pounds frozen shredded hash browns
2 cups whipping cream
2 cups shredded swiss
1/2 cup melted butter
salt
pepper
garlic powder
ground mustard
Thaw potatoes slightly, mix all together, bake at 350 for about 75 minutes.
