Macaroni Salad.

  • Macaroni Salad

  • 2 cups cooked elbow macaroni
  • 3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 1/2 cup diced green bell pepper
  • 3 tablespoons diced green onions
  • 2 tablespoon chopped pimento
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. lemon pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp. salt, then more to taste
  • 1 TBSP prepared yellow mustard
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 8 pieces bacon, cooked crispy then crumbled (optional; diced country ham works well too.)

Mix all ingredients together well and refrigerate.
