Spinach Salad.

Spinach Salad

1 bag Spinach
1 can Mandarin oranges in light syrup drained
1/4 - 1/3 cup sliced almonds

Dressing:
1/3 cup sugar
3/4 tsp salt
2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp yellow mustard
1/4 cup Tarragon Wine Vinegar
1/8 yellow onion chopped
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 tsp celery seed

Place all ingredients in blender and process. Refrigerate unused portion.
